Our client is a luxury residential design and development practice that has been established for over 15 years and has completed a wide range of high-end residential houses and houseboats. This is an opportunity for a Part II Architectural Assistant to join them on-site in Holland Park until July 2025 to help bring this unique project to completion.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a team of 4-5 architects to deliver the final stages of this high-profile project in Holland Park.
- Frequent on-site involvement, ideal for those who enjoy hands-on construction coordination.
- Assist with detailing, technical coordination, and construction elements of the project.
- Work across a range of technical and design solutions, ensuring seamless execution on-site.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
- Previous experience working on high-end luxury residential projects is required.
