Part 2 Architectural Assistant or Part 1 Qualified Apprentice

Part 2 Architectural Assistant and immediate start for Part 1 Qualified Assistant who will be supported to undertake an apprenticeship for Parts 2 and 3.

DP Architects are award-winning residential specialists. Our expanding workload includes large country houses, listed buildings, affordable housing, rural exception sites, single dwellings, barn conversions, house remodelling, brownfield redevelopments, conservation work, and planning consultancy.

The successful candidates should be excellent communicators with strong written and presentation skills, have experience of Vectorworks, Photoshop, Word, and/or other 3D packages, as well as having technical and hand drawing ability.

DP Architects are based in a converted listed building in the pretty rural village of Watlington, which is close to J6 of the M40. As there is minimal public transport and your role will include visiting clients and attending meetings throughout the South East, you will need to have a clean valid driving license and a car.

Salary negotiable dependent on experience + Bonus + Pension + Death in Service + Wellbeing Support + Health Insurance (after 12 months), 23 days annual leave, and bank holidays.
