An award-winning, multi-disciplinary consultancy specialising in property and construction is seeking a skilled BIM Manager to join their team. The firm, established in 2005, has experienced consistent growth and comprises a 50-person strong practice including Architects, Project Managers, Cost Consultants, Building Surveyors, BIM Consultants, and Interior Designers.

The consultancy offers a comprehensive range of services in architecture, project management, and cost consultancy. With a commitment to adding value through extensive experience in the industrial, logistics, manufacturing, and warehousing sectors, the firm continually challenges itself to improve and innovate within the industry.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of BIM Manager:

  • Manage and conduct training sessions on Revit for team members.
  • Create and maintain Revit components and families to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with PAS documents, maintaining the firm's BIM Level 2 accreditation.
  • Lead the annual audit process related to BIM standards and practices.
  • Perform regular project and Revit file audits to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate BIM methodologies effectively.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and advancements in BIM technologies.
  • Proficiency in Revit is essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of PAS documents and BIM Level 2 standards.
  • Experience in conducting audits and ensuring compliance with BIM standards.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to train and mentor team members in BIM processes and Revit usage.
  • Experience as an Architectural Project Runner is advantageous but not mandatory.
