The firm, established in 2005, has experienced consistent growth and comprises a 50-person strong practice including Architects, Project Managers, Cost Consultants, Building Surveyors, BIM Consultants, and Interior Designers.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of BIM Manager:
- Manage and conduct training sessions on Revit for team members.
- Create and maintain Revit components and families to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with PAS documents, maintaining the firm's BIM Level 2 accreditation.
- Lead the annual audit process related to BIM standards and practices.
- Perform regular project and Revit file audits to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate BIM methodologies effectively.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and advancements in BIM technologies.
- Proficiency in Revit is essential.
- In-depth knowledge of PAS documents and BIM Level 2 standards.
- Experience in conducting audits and ensuring compliance with BIM standards.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.

- Experience as an Architectural Project Runner is advantageous but not mandatory.
