RIAS is looking to appoint an experienced Marketing Manager to help promote our memberships, products and services, while strengthening our member retention. This is a new role within the organisation, offering the right individual the opportunity to shape and develop the role while working as part of a supportive team.
A key objective will be to maintain high member retention levels and create effective new membership recruitment strategies. The role will also focus on developing a marketing strategy for RIAS’s products and services, ensuring that all audience engagement is well researched, planned and delivered effectively.
The Marketing Manager will also play a role in coordinating the creation of digital and physical assets that support the promotion of RIAS and its wider offer. Although predominantly based within the Membership team, this role will work closely across the organisation. The postholder will collaborate with both the Practice Services and Outreach teams to ensure a joined-up approach to communications and marketing that links with Membership priorities.
The role will also support the commercial function of RIAS, including the promotion of commercial products such as sponsorship and the online directory. This is both a strategic and operational position, working 35 hours per week. While the core hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm, some evening work will be required.
