We have an exciting opportunity to work within an experienced and multi-disciplined team delivering engineering designs for the Offshore Industries. The Mechanical Design Engineer is responsible for producing engineering deliverables for a work-pack/sub-system or entire project throughout the project life cycle.
You will be responsible for:
- Producing technical solutions to complex engineering problems. This may include concept design, detailed design, calculations, analysis and technical reports/documentation.
- Taking ownership of the tasks assigned through to successful delivery within the specified time, budget to the specification and required quality standards.
- Taking direction from the Senior Engineer.
Job requirements:
- Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent (BEng/Meng) as a minimum.
- Experienced in engineering design and development.
