Royal Hospital Chelsea is seeking a hands-on, digitally minded leader to build and scale a best-in-class supporter experience programme.

You will own the fundraising CRM (Access Thank Q) and develop supporter journeys, marketing automation and data insights to attract, engage and retain supporters.

Working across Fundraising and Mar Comms, you’ll foster a culture where data, technology and supporter insight underpin everything we do.
