We are looking for a Team Leader to lead one of our residential wards in our 64-berth registered care home. Are you ready to inspire, lead, and make a real difference? This is your opportunity to take the next step in your career and join the care home management team as a Team Leader.
In this pivotal role, you will champion a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that every aspect of care meets the highest standards set by the Care Quality Commission. Your leadership will empower staff, support development, and create an environment where excellence is the norm.
As Team Leader, you will play a vital part in overseeing the residential Wards, ensuring the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our Pensioners. You will manage day-to-day operations, foster strong communication with families and colleagues, and uphold the values that make our care exceptional. Reporting directly to the Ward Manager, you will be a key link in driving quality and consistency across the service.

Important Information: This is a full time, permanent role, working 12-hour shifts. The rota will involve working days, nights and weekends. Right to work in the UK is essential β the Royal Hospital Chelsea are unable to sponsor work visas.
