We are looking for a proactive and detail‐driven HR Administrator to act as the first point of contact for employee and manager queries via a high volume inbox, providing exceptional customer service and smooth administrative support across the entire employee lifecycle. In this very busy, collaborative role you will maintain accurate HR system data, produce key documentation, manage starter and leaver processes, support payroll deadlines, and keep our People Toolkit and digital records up to date. Experience with HR systems and administration is essential. If you are highly organised, stay calm under pressure, and enjoy working in a fast‐paced team, and you bring hands‐on experience using HR systems along with a proactive, 'can‐do' attitude, we'd love to hear from you.
