Overview of the Role: With visitor numbers of over 1,300,000 a year, RHS Garden Wisley provides an unforgettable experience for a day out. To support our planned growth, we are recruiting a Visitor Services Manager to join our dedicated Front of House team. You will provide first-class customer service and support to all visitors, ensuring your team enhances the visitor experience and proactively promotes and sells memberships. Your duties will also include administration and other front of house activities. You will act as the Site Duty Manager on a rota basis.

We require experience in managing staff and visitor flows at a leisure attraction, with a strong operational background. Sound knowledge of high customer service standards is essential. You should be prepared to work some weekends, as this is a 7-day operation, with weekends being our busiest periods.
