We are looking for a driven and motivated Public Programming Operations Coordinator to join our team at RHS Wisley. The Public Programming Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting our Public Programming Team Leader, by coordinating and delivering the operational and logistical elements of our Public Programmes and Events.
Responsibilities include:
- Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders (such as contractors and suppliers)
- Supporting venue setup and breakdown
- Upholding excellent health and safety standards through the preparation and review of Risk Assessments and other health and safety documentation
