Base pay range Direct message the job poster from Royal Horticultural Society Administrator at The Recruitment Consultancy Job Title: Stakeholder Relationship Manager (Professional Programmes) Location: Home-based, with some travel to RHS Wisley, or UK approved centres Salary: Up to ÂŁ45,000 Hours: 37.5 hours per week Contract: Permanent We are looking for an experienced Stakeholder Relationship Manager to join our dynamic and friendly Professional Programmes team. This role sits within our new Learning and Public Engagement division which has been created to meet the RHS strategy. This is an exciting time to be joining the UK’s leading gardening charity, to inspire and empower more people to grow. As Stakeholder Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for: Business development plans, implementation and growth target delivery across our current and new income streams. Managing the relationships across key customers and stakeholders: centres, learners and Professional Associates to deliver the highest levels of customer experience and satisfaction of all RHS Qualifications and ensuring the required information/compliance from Centres is delivered. This will include robust learner and centre communication, feedback and satisfaction levels, from registration and approval through to completion of award. Delivering the growth and income targets through the account management and planning for approved centres and learners, including the processes of feedback and interrogation and reporting of data and insights across centre and learner pipelines, including longitudinal evaluation and future projections. Creating and leveraging opportunities for growth, maximising the opportunities for cross-promotion and conversion of wider RHS Professional Programmes, Learning and Public Engagement and RHS programmes.
