Location: RHS offices, Vincent Square, London, SW1

Salary: £35,000 per annum

Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week

Contract: Permanent

We’re looking for a creative, proactive and organised Shows Marketing Executive to help drive awareness, engagement and ticket sales for RHS Flower Shows. This role is fundamental in planning, executing and evaluating creative and effective marketing campaigns, while tapping into new and existing audiences and bringing the joy of our shows to more people, across new locations. You will work closely with colleagues across different departments, as well as external stakeholders and agencies, and drive creative excellence and brand accuracy across all touchpoints.

Overview of the Role:

  • Implement compelling annual campaigns which deliver shows visitor targets
  • Support the development of the shows marketing, creative and media strategy to engage and excite potential visitors
  • Work as part of a closely knit team to deliver best in class marketing activities at a local as well as regional level
  • Demonstrate excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Be a collaborative team player with great interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivation, initiative and a ‘can do’ approach is essential
  • Suitable candidates are likely to have had experience of working on consumer marketing campaigns, ideally for consumer events
