As a Reviews and Social Community Assistant, this role will be responsible for:

  • Managing online sentiment, responding to public feedback across review sites – including Trust Pilot, TripAdvisor and Google Reviews.
  • Advocacy building, and audience trust.
  • Ensuring the brand is consistently represented, culturally relevant, responsive, and aligned with organisational values — turning social audiences into active brand advocates.
  • Supporting the Garden Marketing Managers on community management across RHS Gardens social channels.
