We are looking for a driven and motivated Public Programming Operations Technician to join our team at RHS Wisley. The Public Programming Operations Technician plays a key role in supporting our Public Programming Team Leader, by coordinating and delivering the operational and logistical elements of our Public Programmes and Events.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders (such as contractors and suppliers)
- Support venue set‑up and breakdown
- Prepare and review Risk Assessments and other health and safety documentation
- Uphold excellent health and safety standards
- Work on event days, often overseeing a team of casual staff to ensure activities run smoothly and to a high standard
