Are you a creative and proactive PR professional looking to make a real impact at one of the UK’s leading charities? The Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) is seeking a self‑motivated and experienced Press Officer to help promote its five world‑class RHS Gardens: RHS Garden Wisley (in Surrey), RHS Garden Rosemoor (Devon), RHS Garden Hyde Hall (Essex), RHS Garden Harlow Carr (North Yorkshire) and RHS Garden Bridgewater (Salford) which together attract more than three million visitors each year.

As Press Officer, you will develop and deliver impactful PR campaigns that generate high‑profile media coverage and increase visitor numbers to our gardens and seasonal events as well as promoting RHS Retail outputs. You will join a friendly, ambitious and fast-paced communications team, collaborating with colleagues across the organisation and building strong relationships with national and specialist media.

Knowledge of the UK media landscape is essential. Experience working within a heritage organisation or charity is highly desirable. Frequent travel to RHS Gardens will be expected.
