We are looking to recruit a bright, proactive Marketing Automation Executive to join a friendly team at the RHS. You will be a confident communicator with a can-do attitude who enjoys learning new systems and keeping up-to-date with digital marketing trends.
This role will manage the RHS email calendar, leading on the send of customer-facing communications such as eNewsletters, Flower Show & Garden event updates. You will work collaboratively with colleagues from across the Society to support their email scheduling requirements. You will be enthused by data and the possibilities it presents, managing data lists from various sources, undertaking data manipulation and segmentation; as well as reporting on email engagement.
You will support the Marketing Automation Manager with management of our Campaign Monitor and Dot Digital email platforms, including with the build of automated email programmes. This is an exciting time to join us as we finalise the set-up of a new organisation-wide CRM; using Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will support with Campaign Monitor and CRM integration work, pulling CRM data queries, building marketing lists, managing GDPR preferences, data imports and syncing across systems.
The most important and essential experience, skills and attributes required for the Marketing Automation Executive role are:
- Experience of working with ESP and Marketing Automation Software (Campaign Monitor, Dot Digital, Iterable, Marketing Cloud etc.)
- Experience and enthusiasm of working with data
- Proactive with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with technical and non-technical staff
- Experience of running and analysing detailed AB and Multivariate e-marketing tests
- Experience of producing statistical post campaign analysis
- Broader experience and understanding of CRM would be advantageous, especially Microsoft Dynamics
