The predicted salary is between 28800 - 48000 £ per year.

We are looking to recruit a Marketing Analysis Manager experienced in delivering actionable insights and optimisation recommendations from campaign data analysis. In this newly created position, you will report into the Head of Membership Marketing and will work across a range of different Marketing stakeholders and campaigns instilling a culture of test, learn and optimise.

The objective of this role will be to deliver data driven insights, actionable recommendations and robust testing plans that enable our Marketing teams to optimise their campaign performance. You will work across a wide range of campaigns and channels from test campaigns in our contact centres, pricing and discount testing and maximising engagement with our RHS Grow App. The insight you generate will enable you to create business cases and forecast models that influence key strategic decisions.

This is the perfect opportunity for a data driven, analytical individual with an understanding of how to improve Marketing campaign performance, and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities. The role has the scope to make a big impact on the RHS commercial performance, and influence how marketing is planned and executed in the organisation.
