Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to join the RHS Shows Department at the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) which organises large-scale gardening events around the country, including RHS Chelsea Flower Show and RHS Touring Flower Shows. We are recruiting for a Deputy Operations Manager to support on the build and operational management of an RHS Flower show.
The chosen candidate will jump straight into this key role within the core project team, running the operations and build of one of our key outdoor shows.
Responsibilities
- Support the build and operational management of RHS Flower shows.
- Work within the core project team to run operations and build of key outdoor shows.
Qualifications
- Self‑motivated and professional Deputy Operations Manager with experience in Operations/Production on large‑scale outdoor events.
- Experience managing complex builds, exemplary Health & Safety knowledge, and managing a range of third‑party contractors.
- Proactive attitude, excellent communication skills and a collaborative team member.
