We’re recruiting Peer Mentors to support first-year students during their transition to life at Royal Holloway, University of London.

As a Peer Mentor, you’ll: Meet regularly with a small group of new students Share your experience and help them settle in Signpost to academic and wellbeing support Build leadership, communication and teamwork skills Get paid£13.90 per hour (up to 20 hours across the year).

You must be a Royal Holloway student in 2026–27 and able to attend training and mentoring sessions in Terms 1 and 2.

This is your chance to give back and shape the student experience.

This position is not eligible for hybrid working.
