Applications are invited for the post of Student Systems Officer in the Student Administration Department. As part of our continued commitment to enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our internal systems, this key appointment will work closely with the Student Systems Senior Manager in assisting business users with support using the Banner student record system, delivering excellent customer service while also contributing to its ongoing continuous development.

The successful candidate will be IT literate, possess excellent interpersonal skills, have a good understanding of the Banner student record system or similar system and have an interest in developing their knowledge of systems management.

The post is based in Egham, Surrey where the College is situated in a beautiful, leafy campus near to Windsor Great Park and within commuting distance from London. The university has adopted hybrid working for some roles therefore some remote working may be possible for this role.
