Salary £26,805 per annum pro rata - including London Allowance. This is the expected starting salary for this post. Appointment at a higher point may be made for candidates who demonstrate exceptional skills and experience relevant to the role.

Full-Time, Fixed-Term until 31 December 2026. We are also happy to consider offering this role on a part-time/job share basis for 2-3 days per week.

Applications are invited for the post of Student Services Centre Advisor in the Student Services Centre in Student Administration. Student Administration is responsible for all central administrative functions involved in the student lifecycle. The Student Services Centre within Student Administration has been designed to provide a central point of contact for all non-academic enquiries and services, making it easy for students to obtain the information and help they need.

It is expected that staff who work in this team will develop a breadth of knowledge across all professional services and demonstrate a commitment to our vision and service standards. The Student Services Centre is dedicated to providing outstanding customer service, and staff in this role are key to the success of the service.

Candidates should have experience of working in a busy customer service environment. Excellent IT and organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential. The role-holder will work closely with other colleagues in the Student Administration team, as well as colleagues from other Professional Services, to ensure that a well-coordinated service is provided to students.
