The role: The CoSTAR National Lab Enterprise & Commercialisation (E&C) Coordinator plays a key organisational and administrative role within the CoSTAR E&C Team. You will have administrative responsibility, working with senior leadership posts, E&C team members, the Head of E&C and the CoSTAR Head of Delivery. You will work in a creative, inclusive and dynamic environment where you will administer systems and processes to support the delivery of the national creative enterprise and commercialisation programmes for the creative technology sector in the UK. The E&C Coordinator will require excellent people, project, organisational and event coordination skills and be agile, responsive, and creative in their approach to delivery.

About the National R&D Lab: The CoSTAR National Lab for R&D in Creative Technology is the largest ever investment in creative industries R&D in UK history: a £51.1m programme led by Royal Holloway, University of London to develop a National R&D Lab for creative technologies to ensure the UK’s screen and performance industries have innovation infrastructure needed to compete globally.

What You Will Be Doing:

Provide administrative support for E&C activities, coordinating and delivering workshops and networking events online and in person, and the associated logistics.

To act as the key liaison, point between complex multi stakeholder relationships, such as applicants, external delivery teams and the E&C Team, as well as between internal and external stakeholders.

Coordination of external contractors, mentors and experts including contracts, invoices and payments.

Coordination of application process for programme applicants.

Assist E&C team and the Head of Delivery to ensure the collection of necessary data for reporting purposes and that it is compatible with the teams’ workflows and activities.

Provide support to CoSTAR communications activities as requested, including contributing to communications work at events.
