b Overview /b p In this role you drive organisational development, culture and transformation to support Royal Holloway’s RH2030s strategy. You will work with the Executive and senior leaders to diagnose challenges, design future-focused solutions and build capabilities for sustainable success. The role blends culture, leadership, organisation design and ways of working at scale in a complex environment. You will lead a high-impact OD team and influence change across the university, shaping how we lead and perform. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li Generous annual leave /li li Training and development opportunities /li li Pension scheme with generous employer contribution /li li Cycle to Work schemes /li li Season ticket loans /li li Eye sight testing support /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Lead the universitys OD and culture strategy, aligning people, culture and performance with institutional ambitions /li li Shape and embed leadership behaviours, cultural aspirations and organisational capabilities for future success /li li Provide strategic, evidence-based leadership for organisation-wide change and transformation /li li Lead organisation design and effectiveness initiatives to improve collaboration, accountability and performance /li li Influence and coach senior leaders to sponsor change and champion the culture /li li Build and lead a high-performing OD and Change team and strengthen internal consultancy capability /li li Use data and insight to drive decision-making and demonstrate outcomes /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Significant senior-level experience leading OD, culture and transformation programmes in complex organisations /li li Proven ability to influence executives and senior leadership teams /li li Expertise in organisation design, systems thinking, culture change and leadership development /li li Strong diagnostic and analytical capability with translating insight into action /li li Experience building high-performing specialist teams and consultancy capability /li li Passion for inclusive, psychologically safe and high-performing workplace cultures /li /ul ul li strategic thinking /li li influence and stakeholder management /li li coaching and developing others /li li organisation design /li li systems thinking /li li data-informed decision making /li /ul
