Applications are invited for the post of Employability Coordinator in the Royal Holloway Careers Service. Royal Holloway’s RH2030 strategy aims to deliver inclusive, industry-connected, and future-focused careers education. The Careers Service is transforming to embed employability within the curriculum, strengthen industry partnerships, and ensure students are equipped with skills, experiences, and confidence to succeed in a changing world of work. We are committed to providing accessible, impactful employability support tailored to our diverse student community.

We seek a proactive, student-focused Employability Coordinator to enhance understanding of the student journey and graduate outcomes by analyzing employability data and providing insights. You will collaborate across the university to support data-informed decisions that improve student experience and success, lead inclusive employability support across academic schools, and embed IAG, work-based learning, and mentoring into the curriculum.

The role involves working with employers and industry partners to enhance work-based learning and student outcomes, utilizing digital tools and data systems to track impact and inform improvements. You will contribute to an innovative, accessible careers service that equips students with the skills and confidence to thrive in a dynamic world of work.
