Job Summary
Support the finance function by managing full set of accounts and delivering accurate financial reporting to drive operational efficiency and compliance within the F&B portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Manage full set of accounts including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, invoice processing, and payment execution to ensure accurate financial records.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports, financial statements, and budget variance analyses to support strategic decision-making.
- Facilitate GST submissions, assist with tax filing, and coordinate statutory audits to maintain regulatory compliance.
- Monitor inventory costs, wastage, supplier pricing, and track daily sales and expenses to optimize F&B operational performance.
- Conduct site visits to outlets as needed to verify operational and financial data accuracy.
- Maintain organized document filing systems, update staff records, and process work permit applications to support administrative and HR functions.
- Liaise effectively with suppliers, clients, auditors, and banks to ensure smooth financial and operational communications.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Accountancy.
