Royal High School Bath is seeking a commercially minded and relationship-driven Business Development and Partnership Manager to develop new opportunities that support the school's ambitions, reputation and wider community impact. Working closely with the Head, senior leaders and colleagues across the school, you will help generate sustainable income by developing commercial opportunities, maximising lettings and facilities hire, and supporting partnership, alumnae and community engagement activity. This will include building relationships with schools, local authorities, charities, community groups and commercial partners.
We are looking for a proactive, organised and confident self-starter with experience in business development, lettings, partnerships, commercial management or a similar relationship-focused role. You will have strong commercial awareness, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage contracts, budgets, operational delivery and stakeholder relationships with care and professionalism. The successful candidate will combine commercial instinct with sound judgement, understanding the importance of balancing income generation with the values of a school community. You will be an enthusiastic ambassador for Royal High Bath, motivated by the opportunity to create meaningful partnerships, strengthen community connections and help deliver lasting benefit for the school and its students.
