This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy admin team and to stretch your skills far beyond a basic administration role. The team provides a comprehensive admin and phone service to the Housing department’s Tenancy Enforcement Officers, Community Participation and Diversity Officers and Sheltered Housing Team. Tenancy Support Officers are based at the Woolwich Centre and will be able to work from home part of the week after training.
The role is varied and, along with standard admin duties, includes:
- Taking calls from tenants
- Letting garages and bike spaces
- Processing changes to council tenancies
- Keeping accurate IT records
- Taking minutes for case conferences
- And much, much more!
You will need to be 100% accurate in your work and be committed to providing the highest standard of customer care, as well as being able to support colleagues in what can be a pressured environment with changing priorities.
There are 2 permanent roles available, one full time (35 Hours) and one part time (21 hours - Monday, Tuesday and Friday only).
