We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated individual to fill the role of Internship Facilitator.
Salary: Unqualified Teacher Scale UNQ 2‑3, starting at £30,935. Contract: Full‑time, term‑time only (39 weeks), fixed term 1 year.
Responsibilities:
- Guide and mentor a group of interns within host business settings.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum that integrates literacy and numeracy skills into the internship experience.
- Provide hands‑on support and tutoring to enable interns to excel in their roles.
- Collaborate with host businesses to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Act as a liaison between interns, businesses and various agencies to ensure a holistic and well‑rounded learning experience.
