You will provide rights-based advice on welfare benefits, housing and care, perform benefits checks, assist with claims and appeals, and help clients understand their rights to make informed decisions.
The role is office-based with time split between Bromley and Greenwich, including face-to-face appointments, phone and email work, outreach, and occasional home visits.
