Royal Greenwich is recruiting Practice Leaders to guide Family Help and Disabled Children & Young People’s Services.

This role offers leadership and strategic oversight to frontline teams, ensuring high-quality practice and continuous development across children and families services.

You will work with Team Leaders, supervise up to three staff, chair multi-agency meetings, and drive service improvement while maintaining direct involvement with children and families to achieve positive outcomes.
