Repairs and Investment are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, confident Technical Administration officer to work within our dedicated Compliance Team.
- You will be responsible for providing technical, clerical administrative and IT support for the Compliance service.
Experience in the use of IT Microsoft packages is essential, and you must be willing to learn and work on the Northgate V6 repairs system.
- In addition to having good general administrative experience, you will need to have excellent organisational skills and be able to meet deadlines, ensure data collection is accurate and up-to date, and passed to relevant parties in a timely manner.
- You must have good telephone and communication skills as you will be dealing with calls and enquiries from tenants on our busy dedicated repairs telephone line.
- It is essential that you work as part of a team and on your own initiative.
- As you will be dealing with a wide range of enquires from the public, contractors, consultant's and other external bodies, you will need excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
