We are looking for an individual that is able to manage a team of Assessment & Review Officers within the Tribunal & Compliance Team, ensuring that our children, young people, families and partners are supported throughout the Tribunal process.
You will have extensive experience of working with children, young people and families, and a detailed knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and the Tribunal process as you will be representing the Local Authority. You will also be chairing the NA1 panels and mediation.
You will be a team player, an excellent communicator with an eye for detail and the ability to understand the needs of our children, young people, families and partners within a pressurised environment.
