Position: Deputy Nursery Manager (36‐hour permanent contract) at Vista Field Nursery, Vista Field Children's Centre, London SE9.

What You'll Do
- Oversee the day‐to‐day running of the nursery in line with the statutory framework and aim for Ofsted excellence.
- Assist the Nursery Manager in implementing the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), including planning and record‐keeping.
- Deputise for the Nursery Manager in their absence.
- Lead and inspire staff using the online childcare management software and provide guidance on its use.
- Maintain the highest standards of care, learning and development for children aged 0‐4.
- Support continuous improvement across all aspects of nursery provision.
What You Need
- Level 3 childcare qualification or higher early years qualification.
- At least four years' experience post‐qualification in a managerial or senior leadership role.
- Sound knowledge of SEND, Health & Safety, and Equalities and Diversity.
- Good IT, literacy, numeracy, organisational and communication skills.
- Active DBS certificate and two satisfactory childcare references.
- A can‐do attitude and passion for early years education.
