- Support the Headteacher in strategic leadership.
- Consolidate and build upon the high expectations of attainment and achievement to drive improvement in teaching and learning.
- Nurture each child as an individual, whatever their ability and needs.
- Collaborate with all members of the school community to evolve and grow the school vision.
