Working together with our dedicated and caring staff, a supportive Governing Body and happy children who have a thirst for learning, the Deputy Headteacher would be willing to support leading the school with compassion and commitment so our children are equipped to reach their goals with their faith and vision supporting them on their journey.

- Support the Headteacher in strategic leadership.
- Consolidate and build upon the high expectations of attainment and achievement to drive improvement in teaching and learning.
- Nurture each child as an individual, whatever their ability and needs.
- Collaborate with all members of the school community to evolve and grow the school vision.
