About the Role

Working in our Transport Division as part of our demanding Programme and Improvement Team, we are recruiting a Correspondence Support Officer on a two year fixed term contract/secondment to support and help to co-ordinate all FOI’s, Complaints and Casework for the Transport Department. This includes Parking Services, Highways and Traffic, Public Realm and Transport Planning. This busy and demanding role is challenging, and you’ll need to have excellent customer service skills, be a great communicator with a sound understanding of complaint/FOI’s policies and procedures.

You will lead on the administration and collation of data, logging and maintaining spreadsheets for the processing of casework, FOI’s and complaints for the department. Working to tight deadlines, we are looking for a candidate with strong administration experience in complaint resolution, who can manage demanding workloads and liaise proactively and professionally with a wide range of teams and stakeholders. You will have a keen eye for detail with strong literacy skills.
