Sherington Primary School is looking for a 1:1 & small group Learning Support Assistant required for as soon as possible. This is a fixed term position for 1 year (funding linked). Job share can be considered for the right candidates.

We are seeking a highly committed, outstanding Learning Support Assistant to work with children who are Autistic, have complex learning needs, medical needs such as epilepsy, and who can present with challenging behaviour. The post holder will support these children across the school and in our school-based provision. The role involves working for 32.5 hours per week (8:30am–3:30pm), 39 weeks per year (term time plus one week). There is also an opportunity to work with individual children in our after school club, allowing for longer hours.

Salary: Scale 2.3 £28,617 (FTE) actual £26,572
