Royal Greenwich invites applications for an Experienced Social Worker in the Community Learning Disability Team. The role focuses on adults with learning disabilities, promoting independence, wellbeing and outcomes through strengths-based, person-centred practice.

You will join an integrated Health and Social Care team, working with residents, families, carers and professionals to develop supportive plans and services that maximise independence while ensuring safety and compliance with relevant regulations.
