We are looking for proactive and technically skilled Digital Health & Care Technology Monitoring and Response Officers to join our growing team. In this vital role, you will support the delivery of high-quality digital health and care services by monitoring digital technology devices, responding to alerts, and ensuring service users receive timely, safe, and effective support.

You will work at the frontline of digital-enabled care, supporting vulnerable individuals by proactively monitoring them and their environment, coordinating responses, monitoring digital health care devices, and ensuring all digital systems function smoothly. This role combines efficient, reliable service delivery with a strong commitment to compassionate, person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor digital health and care platforms, dashboards, and alert systems.
  • Triage and respond to real-time alerts, ensuring appropriate actions are taken promptly.
  • Provide first-line technical support for service users, carers, and field staff.
  • Maintain accurate digital records of alerts, actions, and outcomes.
  • Escalate complex issues to clinical, social care, or technical teams as required.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of digital care services by identifying trends, issues, and opportunities.
  • Support service users to confidently use digital health tools and promote digital inclusion.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Tech-confident: Able to use and troubleshoot digital devices, sensors, and monitoring systems.
  • Calm under pressure: Able to manage urgent or high-risk alerts with professionalism and clarity.
  • People-focused: Empathetic and committed to improving outcomes for vulnerable individuals.
  • Detail-oriented: Accurate in recording information and following procedures.
  • A problem-solver: Able to think critically and act quickly when issues arise.
  • Collaborative: Comfortable working with multidisciplinary teams across health, care, and technology.

Essential Criteria

  • Ability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
  • Full manual driving licence.
  • Enhanced DBS.
  • Due to the manual tasks involved in the role duties, please note that candidates will be required to complete a physical evaluation during the interview.
