# Community Facilitator level 1## Job Introduction**Royal Borough of Greenwich Day Opportunities Service – Sherard Road London SE9****Health and Adult Social Care (HAS), Provider Service, Learning Disability Provisions**We are seeking to fill a number of roles to help us deliver our new vision for Health and Adults Services (HAS), within our in-house provisions for adults with Learning disabilities and/or Autism, some of whom have complex health needs.Royal Borough of Greenwich Health and Adults Services (HAS) collaborates with residents so they can live the best lives they can, by working together to identify strengths and to support independence.We are strong believers in empowering people and building on their positive attributes. These include health and wellbeing, pottery, drama and music.**Community Facilitator Level 1 (X3 posts, 35 hours per week)**Your role will be to directly support adults with Learning Disabilities and/or Autism to take part in a range of activities and opportunities within our resource hub, at small community based themed projects and to be actively involved in their local and wider communities.You will be part of a diverse community engaging with partners.
