Windrush Charlton is seeking a Lead Teaching Assistant to join the team on a permanent basis.

The post is 30 hours per week across 39 weeks per year, in a Scale 4 role with salary £30,288.00–£31,611.00 depending on experience.

You will support pupils, work with the SENDCo, and help raise educational achievement in a nurturing primary school environment.

The successful candidate will meet Level 4 or above, have experience with complex needs, and be committed to safeguarding.
