About the Role: CCTV Review Officer (1 Vacancy)
We are currently recruiting one CCTV Review Officer to join our Parking Operations Team. In this role, you will:
- Monitor and review CCTV footage to identify parking, bus lane, and other traffic contraventions.
- Gather and assess evidence to ensure it meets statutory requirements for issuing Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs).
- Prepare witness statements when required.
- Support data access requests and provide administrative and technical assistance to the CCTV Team Leader.
We are looking for individuals who are:
- Qualified with a certification in Moving Traffic CCTV Enforcement.
- Detail-oriented and vigilant, with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Effective communicators and collaborative team players.
- Experienced in a similar role or willing to learn, with a basic understanding of parking enforcement regulations.
- Familiar with data protection principles and capable of handling sensitive information appropriately.
