Are you an experienced HR professional looking for your next challenge? RGS Newcastle is seeking an HR Lead (Operations) to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in delivering the full remit of operational HR matters and bring hands-on experience to our dynamic team. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality HR service across the school.
This is a varied and rewarding role where you will:
- Lead on complex employee relations matters.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Support the Senior Leadership Team and Managers with HR matters within our community.
- Contribute to HR projects and strategic initiatives.
- Deliver training and updates to line managers and staff on HR processes and policies.
Salary: In the region of £40,000 - £45,000 gross per annum (full-time equivalent, all year round).
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, all year round + staff training days. This is a permanent role.
