We are seeking to appoint an exceptional Deputy Head to join our thriving and ambitious Junior School community. This is a rare opportunity to play a key leadership role, working alongside a dedicated and talented team to shape the educational experience of our pupils and help them flourish both academically and personally.
As Deputy Head, you will combine a significant teaching commitment with strategic leadership, supporting the Head of Junior School in driving excellence across teaching and learning, pastoral care, staff development and school improvement. You will play a central role in ensuring that our pupils are known, valued and inspired, while championing the Junior School's ethos and helping children develop the confidence, character and resilience to thrive.
