We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Supervisor to join our Origin Kensington team. Shifts will be 8 hours with full flexibility required to work 5 out of 7 days a week. Exceptional food is an essential ingredient of the Royal Garden Hotel experience and we are looking to recruit a Breakfast Supervisor to operate within our newly refurbished restaurant providing the most efficient service and ensuring the highest possible standard is provided at all times.

As a Supervisor Food & Beverage your key responsibilities include:

  • Providing an efficient and courteous food and beverage service to guests.
  • Ensuring that the guests dining experience is seamless and dealing with any guest issues.
  • Being confident with the menu and its allergens.
  • Being responsible for the restaurant operation, staff and guests in the absence of the management team.
  • Having a thorough understanding of the POS system.
  • Understanding and assisting with management of all group and private dining bookings in the restaurant and assisting with all allocated logistics.
