We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-orientedReceptionistto join our team at the Royal Garden hotel on full-time basis.
As aReceptionist,you will be the friendly face our guests see when they first arrive at our hotel. Providing a warm welcome and anticipating guests needs will come as second nature to you, as will be your impressive multi-tasking skills.

As a Receptionist your Key Responsibilities are:

- Process payments and ensure accurate billing.
- Respond to guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Prepare reports and complete administrative tasks as required.
- Ensure the safety and security of guests by monitoring the premises and maintaining accurate records.
- Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
