The Mechanical and Electrical Supervisor (including Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning HVAC) is responsible for overseeing the safe, efficient and compliant operation, maintenance and installation of mechanical and electrical services within within the Hotel and Team Member Accommodation. Performs duties in line with departmental Standard Operating Procedures and complies with all Engineering and relevant hotel policies and procedures. Ensure all team members follow the companys code of conduct. Complies with and applies all Human Resource procedures and policies in the Management of team members Ensures that all SOPs are adhered to at all times Welcoming new members to the team, both agency and those directly employed by the Royal Garden Hotel.
