Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain designated areas within the hotel, including guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Collect and dispose of trash and waste in a timely and hygienic manner.
• Assist in the inventory and restocking of housekeeping supplies.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure a timely resolution of any issues related to cleanliness or maintenance.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient operations and uphold quality standards.
• Adhere strictly to safety and hygiene regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in housekeeping or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment used in housekeeping.
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and the capability to perform tasks that involve lifting and carrying moderate loads.
