The Head Host/ess is responsible for leading and coordinating the guest greeting and seating function within Origin restaurant, ensuring the highest level of premium service, seamless guest flow and efficient table management.

Manage waiting lists, the arrival experience and the seating rotation, communicating special requirements to the service team.

Manage VIP arrivals, special occasions and other related tasks.
