We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Assistant Reception Manager to join our team. The Assistant Reception Manager will support the Reception Manager, lead and support the Front Desk Agents, ensuring all SOPs and daily tasks are covered, and all guest enquiries are dealt with in a professional and timely manner.
