Band 3 Anticoagulation Admin Co‑ordinator
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to work within our busy Anticoagulation service at Barnet Hospital. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, able to work independently as part of a team, and will lead on the digitisation of the service. Attention to detail and the ability to work to strict quality and performance deadlines is essential. The successful candidate is required to demonstrate Trust values and meet the responsibilities of the job description and person specification.
Location: Barnet Hospital, Anticoagulation Office (part‑time, on‑site)
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Nurse Consultant and Clinician Nurse Specialists.
- Act as a single point of contact for patients within your remit and present a professional image for the service at all times.
- Coordinate all administrative functions for patients from the time of GP referral to discharge in line with specific care pathway instructions to facilitate the smooth running of the patients’ journey.
- Assist patients with multiple specialist needs to coordinate pathways and reduce multiple appointments across the Trust.
